Energy Alignment Sessions
A great way to relax and enjoy an alignment session using crystals
Bead Strands
These bead strands will be placed to help enhance a chakra that we will be aligning. I do at times use them and other times I don't use them. It depends on the guidance I receive from both mine and yours higher self.
Spheres
Spheres are a great way to help enhance the balancing of the chakras. I have selected spheres that are easy to hold onto during the session. The reason for holding on the spheres during a session is the left hand is energy in and the right hand is energy out and so for example if you are wanting to have a more peaceful loving heart I would give you a stone that you would hold onto in your left hand that your body would absorb that energy and then a stone in your right hand to absorb the unwanted energy.
Session Time
I use a combination of peaceful music and reiki energy channeled through me and into each chakra point. as well as teaching you techniques that you can use between sessions so that you can become self sufficient and learn the art of self-mastery. However, during the session I amplify what you are wanting to work on and my stones will absorb and help to release any unwanted energy. Its your job to continue the process after the session.
